• 1. Acceptance of Terms

  By registering for an account or using the Game, you accept and agree to these Terms and any modifications made to them. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

• 2. Eligibility

  You must be at least 14 years old to use the Game. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 14 and 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Game.

• 3. Account Registration

  To access the Game, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• 4. User Conduct

  You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
  Using the Game for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  Hacking, phishing, or otherwise attempting to compromise the security of the Game or other users' accounts.
  Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
  Exploiting bugs, cheats, or loopholes in the Game.
  

• 5. Intellectual Property

  All content, features, and functionality of the Game, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and self written software, are the exclusive property of Shepadostudios and respected associates or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.

• 6. Termination

  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Game at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

• 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• 8. Limitation of Liability

  To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Game; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Game; (c) any content obtained from the Game; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

• 9. Governing Law

  These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Germany for the resolution of any disputes.

• 10. Changes to Terms

  We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Game after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
